Rosemary Pugh is senior vice president and head of marketing for Research Affiliates, LLC, a research-intensive quantitative asset management firm. The firm’s investment strategies are primarily distributed in partnership with leading financial institutions. Core strategies include smart beta, factor investing, and asset allocation.
Rosemary and her team are responsible for communicating the firm’s important and influential insights, working with partners, associations, and media to help institutional and retail investors uncover innovative investment strategies, and stewardship of the Research Affiliates brand, which is recognized as one of the most valuable in the investment world.
For the previous nine years, Rosemary built and ran global marketing at Green Street Advisors, a leader in real estate research. In this role, she oversaw a content-driven communications strategy across business lines and geographic borders to help grow the firm as it repositioned its brand, launched new products, and entered new markets.
Previously, Rosemary was an equity analyst with Green Street's award-winning research team, managed a valuation team for RSM McGladrey, provided strategic consulting for Interliance, LLC, and worked in corporate finance at JP Morgan Chase.
She has published articles in the Los Angeles Times and Wall Street Journal Europe among other publications. Rosemary earned an MBA in finance from Columbia University, where she was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, and a BA from Harvard University.
