Reena Lalji is Partner, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and board member of Research Affiliates. Reena joined Research Affiliates in 2021 and oversees the Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources teams that support the firm's Operations Group. She is a member of the Executive, Management, and Index Committees.

Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Reena was general counsel and a member of the board at Wilshire Advisors, senior counsel at RBC Global Asset Management, and an associate at Dentons (formerly Faser Milner Casgrain).

Reena is a founding board member of the Asset Management Forum, a business league that promotes women in the asset management industry.

Reena received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, her Bachelor of Laws/Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, and her Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is a member of the bar in California and Ontario, Canada.
