Que Nguyen is Partner and Chief Investment Officer, Equity Strategies at Research Affiliates. Que joined Research Affiliates in 2021. She oversees the firm's Equity Strategies Research, Investment Management, and Investment Systems teams, which are responsible for quantitative and systematic equity research, portfolio construction, and implementation of the firm's smart beta and active equity offerings. She serves on the firm's Management and Index Committees.

Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Que was a managing director at Willett Advisors, a managing director at the University of Chicago Office of Investments, and held investment and research roles at Numeric Investors, Morgan Stanley, State Street, and Barra.

Que received her Artium Baccalaureus honors degree in applied mathematics, with an emphasis in economics, from Harvard University.
