Jim Masturzo is Partner, Chief Investment Officer and board member of Research Affiliates. Jim joined Research Affiliates in 2013. He is co-portfolio manager of the PIMCO All Asset and All Asset All Authority funds and the PIMCO RAE™ funds. Jim also serves on the firm’s Management and Index Committees.

Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Jim worked at EquiLend, a firm focused on securities lending, and at Bloomberg, where he specialized in portfolio analytics. In that role, he advised portfolio managers on best practices related to performance measurement, attribution, and risk analytics for both equity and fixed income portfolios.

Jim received his BS in electrical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society Orange County.
