Chris Harper is Senior Vice President, Head of IT, Chief Information Security Officer at Research Affiliates. Chris joined Research Affiliates in 2012 and oversees the Information Technology team, which is responsible for IT infrastructure and security, and end-user support.

Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Chris was a senior network engineer and IT consultant for Miles Consulting Corporation.

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in social sciences with an emphasis in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
