JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with our product distribution partners to explain the drivers of the performance and positioning of Research Affiliates’ solutions to institutional consultants, asset owners, and financial advisors

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Create written commentary and presentations that highlight the benefits of Research Affiliates’ strategies.
  • Support the financial institutions that offer products based on RA’s methodologies.
  • Serve as a hub for information sharing between RA, the firm’s product partners, investors, and their consultants.
  • Build RA’s brand by highlighting the firm’s product research, macroeconomic views, and capital markets expectations.
  • Complete regular domestic travel.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CFA, FRM, MBA, MFE, or similar designation or degree
  • Five or more years of experience in asset management
  • Analytical skills sufficient to comfortably explain quantitative investment solutions from rules-based equity portfolios to multi-asset tactical models
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter who will work with team members at both RA and its partner firms

Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 + eligible for a discretionary bonus. Base pay will be assessed on an individual basis, considering factors such as location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
