If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision unenforceable, that

Information concerning any Research Affiliates® hedge fund is subject to the following
qualifications:
1. Any Research Affiliates® hedge fund is sold only by prospectus to qualified
investors.
2. Unit values, yields and total investment returns will fluctuate and there
is no assurance that any Research Affiliates® fund can maintain a fixed net
asset value.
3. Any performance results shown have been calculated to the chart date and
are the historic annual compounded total returns including changes in the
unit value and reinvestment of all distributions.
4. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance.
5. Rates of return are reduced by the amount of any charges paid directly
