Vivek Viswanathan researches potential enhancements for Research Affiliates Fundamental Index® strategies and products. He also conducts research on currency models and performs equity return and correlation analysis to enhance the performance of the Research Affiliates’ All Asset Fund asset allocation model.

Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Vivek worked at The Centre for Microfinance in India where he researched the suitability of microfinance loan securitization and contributed to the design of an intervention model used to test the efficacy of self-help group meetings to deliver nutritional supplements.

Vivek received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and was a member of the University of Chicago Blue Chips Investment Club.  He is currently working to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst credential.
