Daniel Harkins' responsibilities at Research Affiliates® encompass both compliance and legal support for the investment management and operations functions.

Dan has over 30 years of legal and business experience, most recently as partner in The Feldhake Law Firm. Dan has served as the Chief Operating Officer for a registered investment advisor and as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded NASD member firm. Dan served as the Venue Manager for cycling events at the 1984 Olympics and other sporting events and has won multiple track cycling championships.

Dan is a California attorney and received both his BA and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas. He has held Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
